Design and Implementation of Amplified Link of Radar Transmitter in Boundary Layer Wind Profiler
依据中国气象局《风廓线仪功能规格需求书》要求,参考国内外固态发射机先进技术,研制了一台工作在L波段的边界层风廓线雷达发射机。本发射机具有不间断连续运行、即插即用性和高可靠性,波形和带通响应优化以占用频谱宽度小的特点。基于发射机的模块化架构、主要技术指标和功能,重点介绍发射链路的设计思想和原理、各级功率放大器的指标分配、芯片选型、功放电路设计、ADS仿真与稳定性优化。经过近3年在不同雷达站点的不间断运行,发射链路性能较稳定,符合设计要求。为今后其他型号雷达固态发射机的自研设计提供了技术参考。

According to the requirements of China Meteorological Administration (wind profiler functional specification requirements book),reference advanced solid-state transmitter technology, a boundary layer wind profile radar transmitter operating in the L-band has been developed. The transmitter has uninterrupted continuous operation, plug and play and high reliability, waveform and bandpass response optimization to occupy a small spectrum width characteristics. This article is based on the modular structure of the transmitter, the main technical indicators and functions, and focuses on the design principles and principles of the transmission link, index distribution of power amplifiers at various levels, chip selection, power amplifier circuit design, ADS simulation and stability optimization. After nearly three years of uninterrupted operation at different radar sites, the transmission link performance is relatively stable and meets the design requirements. It provides a technical reference for the future self-study design of other types of radar solid-state transmitters.
