Development and Outlook of the Meteorological Informatization in Shenzhen

回顾了深圳气象信息化发展历程的三个阶段，总结了深圳气象信息化四十年来的建设成果，主要包括建成了相对完善的信息基础设施建设，形成了高水平的智能预报、公众气象服务、气象科技创新、信息化一体化运行机制等。在分析深圳气象信息化面临的形势和挑战的基础上，提出气象信息化发展的未来展望：在数字中国、智慧社会建设背景下，以云计算、大数据、人工智能等新技术融合气象业务发展为重点，打造“气象+智慧城市”的新模式，实现“一体高效运行、一屏智能服务、一数全面应用、一盾安全管控”的四个一目标，使深圳气象信息化水平达到国内先进、世界一流水平。

Abstract：
In this paper, three stages of meteorological informatization in Shenzhen are reviewed, and the achievements of Shenzhen meteorological informatization in the past 40 years are summarized, including the construction of relatively complete information infrastructure, the formation of high-level intelligent forecasting, public meteorological services, meteorological science and technology innovation, information platform operation mechanism, etc. Based on the analyses of the situation and challenges faced by meteorological informatization in Shenzhen, the future prospect of meteorological informatization development is proposed. While integrating new technologies such as cloud technology, big data and artificial intelligence into the development of meteorological services, and integrating meteorological informatization under the top-level design, new information infrastructure and technology architecture, application service intelligence architecture, big data service architecture, and network information security architecture will be built to make the meteorological informatization in Shenzhen one of the tops in China.
