    当前在事业单位分类改革和气象服务社会化的双重背景下,气象部门国有企业担负着气象科技成果转化、气象服务体质改革的重要使命,因此气象部门国有企业的发展,将在一定程度上决定新时期中国特色的气象服务行业格局,现在国有企业的人才发展问题比过去重要得多,人才发展问题中职称管理尤为重要。分析气象部门国企职称管理中存在的问题,旨在为气象部门国有企业的人力资源管理工作提供参考依据,让职称工作更加合理、公正、健康的发展。

Abstract:

Under the background of classification reform of public institutions and socialization of meteorological services, the state-owned meteorological departments are undertaking the important mission of transformation of meteorological scientific and technological achievements and reform of meteorological service physique. Therefore, the development of the stateowned meteorological department will determine to a certain extent the pattern of meteorological service industry with Chinese characteristics in the new period. The problem of talent development in state-owned enterprises is now much more important than ever before. Job title management is particularly important in talent development. This paper analyses the existing problems in the management of job titles of state-owned enterprises in meteorological departments. We aim to providing reference for the management of human resources of state-owned enterprises in meteorological departments and making the job title related work more reasonable, fair, and healthy.
