Abstract：
Strengthening the construction of high-level personnel in meteorological departments is an urgent requirement for the high-quality development of meteorological science and technology. In this paper, the development trend of high-level personnel in meteorological departments is analyzed, and a prediction model is built to predict the development of high-level personnel in meteorological departments in the next five years.
