    大气科学类专业毕业生是全国气象部门补充人才资源、建设气象人才梯队的主要来源。然而,随着气象事业发展的需求以及外部竞争的加剧,气象部门招聘大气科学类专业毕业生面临的压力持续增长。调查研究大气科学类专业毕业生的就业意向,对气象部门提高招聘工作效率和招聘质量有重要意义。

Abstract:

Graduates in atmospheric science are the main source for the national meteorological departments to supplement human resources and build meteorological talent echelons. However, with the development of meteorological industry and intensification of external competition, the pressure for meteorological departments to recruit graduates in atmospheric sciences continues to increase. To investigate the employment intention of graduates in atmospheric science is of great significance for the meteorological department to improve the efficiency and quality of recruitment.
