荆门市近十年气象灾害特征分析以及防御对策
An Analysis of Meteorological Disasters in Jingmen in Recent Ten Years and the Responsive Measures

利用气象灾害资料和荆门市气候影响评价资料，分析了荆门市2007—2016年的气象灾害变化特征。结果表明：荆门市主要气象灾害有暴雨、干旱、大风、冰雹、低温雪冻、高温、大雾和霾8种，暴雨灾害是对荆门影响最大的气象灾害，其次是干旱；主汛期6—8月是气象灾害的集中期。气象灾害死亡人数呈明显下降趋势，从受灾人口、农作物受灾面积、直接经济损失三个方面看，灾情损失呈现出先减少后增加的趋势，2016年是气象灾害损失最严重的一年。

Abstract：
Based on the meteorological disaster data and the climate impact assessment of Jingmen,the variation characteristics of meteorological disasters in Jingmen from 2007 to 2016 are analyzed. The results showed that rainstorm, drought, high wind, hail, snow freezing, high temperature, fog and haze are main types of disasters in Jingmene. The death toll caused by meteorological disasters was downtrend. The damages from disastered people, the disaster area of crops, the direct economic loss reduced frst and then increased. The damage in 2016 was the most serious.
